Preparing for the Video Chat meeting on 23 January 2014

All,

I'm adding on one more thing about webrtc and this is from paultag.  He
said that chatb.org can be used to conduct meetings.  He said that
http://chatb.org/#ubuntu-ca is valid and can linked everywhere.  The
problem is if you need streaming and recording/logging you need to set
that up.
