There will be further blog posts coming from the LoCo Council as time passes by.  In light of the disc distribution discussion that just happened, please read the "New Era" piece about health checks that is up that goes over the process.  An attempt is being made to space things out so that an overwhelming flow of information is not presented.  A follow-up to the "New Era" piece will be posted later on to discuss what will be required to receive discs.
