UbuConLA Salute Video

Hello all, as you may know in LatinAmerica we are going to have UbuConLA
the annual interLoCo conference from LatinAmerica. we are going to have an
video with a edition of videos of people saying "Hi to UbuConLA from..."
and the place where you are ot what ever saying UbuConLA.

it should be a video of 5 sec max, 720 p max and good light.
it does not matter where you are, language, amount of people, just say a
little message with UbuConLA
