No I think that's a bit unfair the loco council has looked at team
report, blog posts, photos of events that happen off line and we make
the judgement call.  Many people create events on the LTP, some don't
but do add it to their website.   While it is not mandatory to use the
LTP and many people do use it some teams prefer to use their own tools.
