I like the idea given the fact that tracking the locoteams portal or
wiki for past 6 months because it can be easily tracked compared to
team reports or meetings etc for instance, because of the structure,

But wont it be too harsh on other loco teams as it gives rise to a
thinking that they are marked as inactive just because they might have
forgotten/dint have time to update their wiki or portal page for some
time whilst organizing events on a regular basis?
