There was a competition to add ten wallpapers to the Ubuntu 12.10
disk. The deadline was August 28, 2012.
You sadly missed it. Follow the Ubuntu planet at
http://planet.ubuntu.com/ for such announcements.

Here was the announcement for the wallpapers,

You can try again for 13.04 and submit your wallpaper.
