LoCo Meet and Blog! ( a follow-up on UDS session "LoCo best practices")

In my opinion the news and activities from loco teams must be in a
different place than Ubuntu Planet, because in Ubuntu planet the feeds are
too many every day as a result some useful news which affect loco teams is
missed by covering over other articles.

For the previous reason and in order to avoid finding an Ubuntu member to
feed the news of LoCo team to Ubuntu Planet, i think that it would be a
good idea to create a subpage in http://loco.ubuntu.com/ for example
http://loco.ubuntu.com/loco-news and everyone can post activities and news
from their LoCo.

A new page only for LoCo teams, sharing activities it will help better to
feed other teams in action!
