Change in Leadership - Ubuntu Tamil Team

Hello,

The Ubuntu Tamil team that I had initiated in 2006, had gone into a 
dormant mode for quite some time.

To revive its activities, I am stepping back to take up the Team 
Leadership position again.

This follows the best of our efforts to bring back existing Team Leader 
T Nagaraja, who has done good work in past, but couldn't be active 
enough due to personal priorities off-late.

My priority includes, making Ubuntu Tamil Team an approved LoCo team & 
arrive at manuals for Ubuntu 12.04.
