Rodrigo, los CDs se envían a los responsables de cada comunidad, es de
suponer que es una persona comprometida con el proyecto Ubuntu y que en su
conciencia dicta el buen uso y aprovechamiento del material, la forma y en
que se usan depende de cada comunidad, pero lógicamente que son los lideres
de cada comunidad que deben dirigir con lineamientos, el correcto uso de
los mismos.

Rodrigo, CDs are sent to the heads of each community, we can assume that a
person committed to the Ubuntu project and that his conscience dictates the
proper use and exploitation of the material, and how they are used depends
on the community , but logically they are the leaders of each community that
 guidelinesshould be directed to the correct use of them.
