A "digital expression" conference sounds like an exciting conference, 
and also like a great fit for Ubuntu advocates.  Thank you for passing 
this along!

Since this is a physical conference meeting in Tunisia, may I 
respectfully suggest that it might be more applicable to the Ubuntu 
Tunisia team?  They have an active mailing list and would doubtless love 
to hear about this conference directly.

This list is an English-language list and is intended for news or 
announcements that are applicable to all Ubuntu Local Community teams in 
general.  For the future, it's better if non-English messages are at
