How to update Team Contact Info

One of the team admins (set in Launchpad) will need to log in to the
loco-directory and edit that team's details.  Please note that you will
need to log into the loco-directory before your user account will be
created, and it may take up to a day before that account syncs with your
Launchpad profile.
