I am sorry but I disagree with you on that point. It is simply a way
of dealing with issues that only concerns some team on a private
manner without the whole flow of email to the whole mailing list. And
I think it makes great sense.

I think Laura's actions and the rest of all actions done by the LoCo
Council were always done that way...
