Publishing .ICS events from loco.ubuntu.com directly to Facebook groups

The team in California is currently using a posterous.com account to
cross post across identi.ca, twitter.com and facebook, see identical
posts:

http://identi.ca/ubuntucalifornia
http://twitter.com/ubuntu_us_ca
http://www.facebook.com/ubuntu.california

They don't end up as "Events" on Facebook, but they are sufficient for
us letting folks on facebook at least know about events and link to
the loco directory.
