New Contact for Missouri Local Community Team

I am pleased to announce that Galen deBord, Windwalker51, has agreed
to take over LoCo contact duties for the Ubuntu Missouri Team. I will
let him introduce himself to the teams; I would simply like to give a
hearty welcome to Windwalker and wish him the best of luck!

I will continue to be available to provide whatever assistance is needed.
