Reminder : Banner Request for Approved Loco

Dear Loco Contacts,

Following an email from Laura some weeks ago, we are treating with the
banner requests.

The thing is that we have received little requests so far in
comparison of the number of approved LoCos.

I have just answered to each request that we have received so far, so
please check you mailbox.
If you applied and you haven't received an anwer please fill the page

and follow the instructions by sending an email to
bannerrequest at reponses.net with the following informations :
 - Loco name
 - Contact person
 - Full postal address including post/zip code
 - Telephone number of contact
 - Any other relevant shipping info (e.g. CPF number for Brazil)

We'll wait till friday for any new request.
