Server CD distribution (was: Ubuntu shipit)

I agree to reduce server CDs on the LoCo pack. In our Tunisian LoCo many of
them are note distributed but ubuntu and kubuntu CD are always over...
Also I suppose that server edition is more interesting in ubuntu LTS
version. So I suggest
for non LTS (Ubuntu/Kubuntu) 300/100
for LTS (Ubuntu/Kubuntu/Serve) 300/75/25
