Loco-Directory Meeting Feature

We have been asked to add a meeting tracking feature to
http://loco.ubuntu.com which will replace the use of Wiki pages for
planning the meeting times and agenda.

To this end, we are drafting a specification to provide this, and would
like the your feedback on the propriety and direction of this feature.
