I agree this might be useful.
(Although I know of only 3 or 4 LoCoTeams in Europe that are not
national locoteams; this is certainly different for the US.)

The next LoCo Council meeting will probably be on 2010-03-16 at 20h UTC
(see the fridge calendar), would people from the the different locoteams
in Brazil (and maybe other large countries) be available for discussing
this at that meeting?


I'd suggest some rules (but this is to be discussed):
      * teams inside a country try to cooperate where useful (this means
        they actively try to work together inside the national team
        whenever possible--e.g. support forums should probable be
        national or even supra-national)
      * try to avoid animosity & envy between regional teams an national
        teams  ;)
      * there should be some good reason for the existence of multiple
        teams inside the country (e.g. large distance, language
        differences, ...)
      * ...?

Feel free everybody to discuss this on the list before the meeting.
