Paul unless I am mistaken Dirk is talking about this

UbuCon's are several days not the mini ones we have had at the events
in the US.

If I have understood what is being said Dirk is asking for help with
operational costs and needs swag for the event.  Dirk, Maria is the
best POC and depending on your needs she will be able to point you in
the right direction on this.
