For the record, our team welcomes requests coming through this mailing
list for the simple reason that sometimes our internal communication
isn't what it should be, and this helps to keep us in the loop. It takes
a few seconds to pass the necessary information to the relevant members
of the team and we can ensure that the team leadership knows what's
going on.
