Summary of the Ubuntu LoCo Council meeting on the 3rd August 2010

Sorry for the delay getting the minutes out.

The LoCo Council had a meeting on the 3rd August 2010. You can find

The next meeting will be the 17th of August 2010 at 20:00 UTC on
#ubuntu-meeting, and the corresponding agenda is
