Defining "Leader"

I was talking about how we define leadership and this always begs the
question where do you draw the line at leadership.

This is sad fact that happens, but I don't think requiring people to
"sign" a document will stop it. People that just leave with out
telling others are the types of people that will leave with out
telling even if they have signed the document.

Just for the record I publically agreed to this on the ubuntu-za ML at
some point before I was elected as loco contact. If we are selecting
(note I didn't use the word electing) leaders that happen to just pick
up and leave then maybe we need to rethink our selection process and
that goes for each loco team more then the loco council since at
present the loco council isn't involved in the select process.
