Since the monthly team reports are all wiki Includes on a wiki page
anyway, I don't think there should be a problem with creating a bigger
page covering, say, a year that just includes loco teams.

So you'd have something like a page with:

== February 2010 ==

=== Philippine Team  ===
<<Include(PhilippineTeam/TeamReports/10/February)>>

=== Russian Team ===
<<Include(RussianTeam/TeamReports/10/February)>>

=== South African Team ===
<<Include(ZATeam/TeamReports/10/February)>>

== January 2010 ==

=== Philippine Team  ===
<<Include(PhilippineTeam/TeamReports/10/January)>>

=== Russian Team ===
<<Include(RussianTeam/TeamReports/10/January)>>

=== South African Team ===
<<Include(ZATeam/TeamReports/10/January)>>

Etc.

Then by encouraging teams to do monthly reports we'd have an easy way
to compile a big list of *just* loco stuff, and the wider community
would benefit from the team reports too with no extra work :)
