The FUD seems to be perpetuated online with this URL though I don't
know if this is a very accurate representation with the latest
versions of Ubuntu.

No mention is made of the "free software only" option of the
installer. Is there any way to negotiate an alternative wording for
including on that page? Would this be of assistance to the situations
you are facing in Venezuela?
