Is LoCoTeam Luxembourg still active?

Thanks a lot for getting the team up and running again. As somebody who
grew up in Trier, I'm excited to see you guys get going again.

As far as I can tell there was no Ubuntu Luxembourg team set up in
Launchpad, so there's no current team contact set. I'd recommend that
you and other team members attend one of the next LoCo Council meetings
[1] and discuss how to best get the team 1) up and running again, 2)
approved.
