About the ubuntu-CC.org pages

Hello.
I'm a Jihui Choi in Korean Team.

Some of ubuntu-CC.org sites have the same template. For exmaple,
http://ubuntu-uk.org or
http://ubuntu-gr.org.

I'd like to make our team's, ubuntu-kr.org, like as other sites.
How can I do that? Where can I get the template and should I have a
server or a webhosting account?
Please tell me what I need.
