A general rule for launchpad ubuntu loco teams display name?

This is happening in a future not so far from now, hter are several
individuals that have generated great work.
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/LoCoDirectory, the LoCo Directory should be
coming live soon, release 0.2 should have maps with locations of teams.

I currently have been busy with other proyects at work but I always keep
an eye out for things happening in the code.
