I know this is just an example, but it's probably a bad one, since
ubuntu-us is not an actual LoCo team. The "US Teams Project" is a
mentoring project to help out the state teams throughout the United
States.

I certainly sympathize with the pain inconsistency has caused, but I
tend to agree with Efrain here.
