Attn Approved LoCo teams: locoteams-approved in Launchpad

Dear LoCo team contacts,

We will start populating Approved LoCo teams to ~locoteams-approved in
launchpad.   If the LoCo team you represent is approved, You will
receive and invitation that will add the team to the launchpad group of
approved teams.

This is very important since in the future, Approved LoCo teams will be
identified as approved if they belong to this launchpad super-team.

Please expect these invitations to arrive starting this weekend.
