Hi Hathan,

First of all thanks for all the new process of team reporting.

I think that the process is pretty good and creating a single naming
scheme toghere with some automatic stuff should help us all.

I am not quite happy with the naming of the mountly report.
Instead of using "March, April, June" maybe we ca use "04 , 05, 06" ...
it is much easier and reduce the errors change of user "april or
APRIL" ... etc.

Maybe this can also help in automaticaly listing the report with
Include:Search
