good point, for example there is a Ubuntu project which put's Kosovo as
a state/country, and it's recognized by most of EU (only three countries
didn't
recognize it [Slovakia, Spain, Greece]) and also more than half of the
countries
in the world did recognize it. I don't want to point out about Kosovian
independence,
I was just making a point about territories.
