The Chuck-recommends idea sounds quite good. You know where it says
"Help and Support" under the System area, it would be nice if there was
a menu entry saying something like "Local community support" that had
sublinks to the local LoCo team website, IRC URI, etc. For areas that
don't have LoCo teams yet, it could perhaps redirect them to information
on how they could otherwise get support and even on how to start their
own LoCo team.
