How to print official DVD?

I want to help distribute Ubuntu 9 by getting a large number of DVDs, and
send it via a Post service like UPS/Canda Post to different companies, free
of charge of course.
For that to be possible, I will need to minimize the cost of the DVDs
somehow.
Can I print the DVDs myself with the original logo, etc?
