Team Reports!

Hi Daniel,

Thank you very much for this announce.

I am a new LoCo contact/coordinator and I didn't knew about these
reports.

If it is not hard for please add a cron job for sending monthly
announcements about team responsibilities. 

Is there a wiki page listing all these responsibilities ?

I will inform our team about these report and we will start working on
them.
