Not really - the purpose of the two pages on the website is to show
users where they can get support in different languages. It isn't
intended to be a comprehensive list of local teams (that is left to
the wiki: https://wiki.ubuntu.com/LoCoTeamList).

Many local teams offer support for any users speaking a particular
language and don't limit support by territory. Examples are the
Italian team and the French team - these sites offer support to all
Italian and French speakers, regardless of where they live.

If your local team offers support in a different language to English
and isn't listed on the local language support pages of the website,
please file a bug on the ubuntu-website product in Launchpad.
