It's great you're starting this effort and I can see the need for it. On
the other hand it's important to realise that we already have lots local
mailing lists, forums and news sites and people who read them already
every day.

It'd be beneficial to have an overview over which LoCo makes use of
which media and who's editing them and share resources across LoCos.
