loco team contact info

The contact information for the Brazilian Team is correct.
But last week I've requested (to webmaster@) to change the url of the
Portuguese forums (http://www.ubuntu.com/support/community/webforums) which
now is http://ubuntuforum-br.org, if you can do that I think will help you
to get less emails in portuguese ;)
