FWIW, also on the Agenda for the upcoming CC Meeting is discussing the
LoCo Team Council, which has been approved but just needs to have
council members approved to launch. They will be helping to handle
situations like this moving forward since delay and teams feeling
"ignored" has already been recognized as a problem.
