Sadly, #canonical-sysadmin is always pretty unresponsive.

As described on https://wiki.ubuntu.com/LoCoHosting, Matthew Nuzum is the
contact for the serverpronto hosted servers. I don't know if the other
sysadmins have access, but I don't think so. I thought that I had root
access, but I can't remember my password I'm afraid.

If he's on holiday, I'm afraid you may just have to wait until he comes
back, and try and work out a way that he can appoint a deputy for the
times that he is not available.
