Local Support Listing

Hi All,

After the LoCo meeting today, I've updated the LoCo Teams List [0] to
include a new column "Provides Local support", it'd be cool if you could
update the wikipage with "yes", or "no" depending on whether or not your
team offers support.

This is so people looking for help can find out if their local team
offers support. See bug 51382 [1] for the entire reasoning behind the idea.
