Emailing team members with hidden email addresses

At the moment, Launchpad team administrators aren't able to individually
contact team members who hide their email address.

Bug 66105 deals with this - https://launchpad.net/launchpad/+bug/66105

If this affects you, I'd be grateful if you could add a comment to the
bug. That way, I can help to prioritise the bug according to the impact
it has.
