Is this is a bug with launchpad or just me...

I realized that whenever I confirmed a new membership for my team, launchpad
send me the same email twice, as example this message was sent twice:

The status of Kinson membership on team "malaysianteam" (Malaysian Team)
- Hide quoted text -
was changed from Proposed to Approved.

The change was made by Zarul Shahrin and no comment was given for the change

This is the second time though, anyone got the same thing? Or perhaps some
modification on launchpad created this bug? I have no idea...
