Time for a review

Confusion seems to be plentiful in the project at the moment and this
isn't surprising, since it is growing at a phenomenal rate. As with all
projects, reviews of process etc are a necessary part of proper project
management.

Consequently, I have created https://wiki.ubuntu.com/LoCoReview

Please, if you have a comment to make about the project (either pro or
con), put it on this page. While I understand that you may have brought
the issue up previously either in IRC or on the Mailing List, I would
really appreciate it being documented on this page and please link to
the prior exchange if you feel it is relevant.

A word of warning though. This is *not* an invitation for personal
attacks on people or teams. As with everything we do, this process is
