If you don't want to upgrade right now, there are patch files
available on the site:
http://drupal.org/drupal-5.2
The patches are:
http://drupal.org/files/sa-2007-017/SA-2007-017-5.1.patch
http://drupal.org/files/sa-2007-018/SA-2007-018-5.1.patch

Those will work if you're running 5.1. ubuntu-us.org isn't on 5.2 yet
(i'll do that sometime we're not on the front page of Digg 8) ) but
it's patched.
