Thanks for the response. I had mailed mailman at lists.ubuntu.com and requested
the list be started. Is this not the correct place to request it? I got the
address from the https://wiki.ubuntu.com/LoCoTeamHowto. it states the
following.

Email [image: [MAILTO]] mailman at lists.ubuntu.com
<mailman at lists.ubuntu.com>to request the creation of a mailing list.
United States teams should append

We may need to get a link changed it the place to request has changed. I
will email rt and state my problem as well.

Thanks again.
Jason
