Derivative Team - next Meeting?

Hi,

We are glad to share with you all that we have decided to have a Kubuntu
Based derivative.

We would like to know more about the processes involved, any IRC present for
it? any dedicated mailing list created?

by the way when is the next meeting? I saw i happened on Mar 12.

Please guide us further...
