Ok... I'm the contact for the Italian team. The Italian community has
quite a strict structure with a "locoteam" currently made up of four
people who act a bit like a community council. There is a translation of
our team structure here:

Our website is at http://www.ubuntu-it.org and there is a strong mailing
list/forum community. We haven't done much advocacy yet.
