Spanish Ubuntu Planet

Just to add my 2 cents...  You could get an initial Planet going
first, using your own servers, etc, and see if that will "attract"
more bloggers.  The brazilian community has a very busy and vibrant
Planet at http://planeta.ubuntubrasil.org.  We are not using the
Planet aggregator, but a similar tool written for our community by
Mario Meyer in PHP.  If you're interested in doing something similar,
I'm sure he'll be glad to help out.
