Which states that "custom request" section is not yet opened, and when I 
e-mailed info at shipit.ubuntu.com they answered me that I should use the 
normal web interface (even though I specified that I'm the contact person 
for a LoCoTeam and we were told to mention that when ordering).

I've now ordered a couple of those normal packs, as they seem to be to a 
"handled"-state in a few days so that I can order another pack again.
