Loco teams resources for spanish leads / contacts

Hi,

I have been discussing with Miguel Ruiz (mruiz), a member of the
ubuntu-cl team, and we were wondering if any other
latin-american/hispanic loco teams leaders/contacts would be
interested in having an #ubuntu-locoteams-es channel and a mailing
list to discuss, plan and share info and also coach existing/new teams.

For me this would be *in addition* to being subscribed/participating here.

Does this make sense ?
